At a glance

  • These terms cover your use of this website. Our services are always provided under a separate written agreement.
  • Content here is general information about what we do, not advice for your specific situation.
  • Please don't attack, scan, scrape or misuse the site or the contact form.
  • Our content and branding belong to us; third-party product names belong to their owners.
  • English law applies.

About us

This website, intellitechitsolutions.com, is run by Intellitech I.T. Solutions Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 05965200).

You can reach us through our contact form, at [email protected], or by phone on +44 (0)20 3689 8880. "We", "us" and "Intellitech" mean Intellitech I.T. Solutions Limited; "you" means anyone using this website.

Using these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and our Acceptable Use Policy applies to anyone using our services.

How we work with clients

We provide managed IT, Microsoft 365 and cloud, cybersecurity, AI and automation, web and hosting, and technology consultancy services to organisations.

  • Every engagement is covered by a written agreement, proposal or statement of work that we both accept. That agreement, not this page, sets out what we will deliver, the price and each side's responsibilities.
  • Nothing on this website is a contractual offer.
  • Quotes and proposals are valid for 30 days unless they say otherwise.
  • If anything here conflicts with your agreement with us, your agreement wins.

Using the website responsibly

You're welcome to browse, read and share our pages. Please don't:

  • try to access parts of the site, our servers or connected systems that aren't meant for you;
  • upload or send malware, or try to overload or disrupt the site;
  • run security scans or penetration tests against the site without our written agreement;
  • scrape or copy content in bulk, including to train AI models, without our permission;
  • use automated tools to submit the contact form; or
  • use the contact form to send marketing, or anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.

Found a security issue? Please tell us through the contact form; see our Acceptable Use Policy for how we handle good-faith reports.

We may take the site, or parts of it, offline for maintenance or security reasons, and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Information on this website

Our pages describe technology and our services in general terms. They are not advice for your organisation, and you shouldn't rely on them when making decisions. When we advise you, we do so under a written agreement. We work to keep content accurate and current, but can't guarantee it is complete or up to date at all times.

Our content and brand

The text, graphics, images and the Intellitech name and logo on this website belong to us or are used under licence. You can view, print or share pages for your own reference, or with colleagues who are considering our services, as long as you don't change them and you credit us. For anything else, please ask first.

Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and other product names are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to describe the technology we work with; this doesn't imply endorsement by, or a relationship with, those companies beyond any partner status we state.

Links

You're welcome to link to our home page, provided it's done fairly and doesn't suggest an endorsement or relationship that doesn't exist. Please don't display our site inside a frame on another website. Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience; we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

Liability

This website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from using, or being unable to use, the website or relying on its content. That includes loss of profit, revenue, business, savings, opportunity, data, goodwill or reputation, and any indirect or consequential loss. Our responsibility for services we deliver to you is set out in your written agreement with us, not in these terms.

Security

We take reasonable steps to keep this website secure, but we can't guarantee it will be free from bugs or viruses. Please keep your own devices up to date and protected.

Changes to these terms

We'll update this page when our terms change. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies.

The legal bits

  • If a court decides part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • Only you and we can enforce these terms; no one else has rights under them.
  • If we don't enforce something straight away, we can still do so later.
  • These terms, and any dispute about them or this website, are governed by the law of England and Wales.
